Page Rank is an algorithm to check the quality of a web site by looking the content and the amount of back links to a particular site. Google Page rank makes a great impact for every web sites. Basically it varies from 0 to 10. In these days(probably after 29th of April 2008) Google release the new page rank updates for every web sites.
FacePeer is updated to PR 1 within 25 days. It has 2426 Unique visitors, 3387 Number of visitors and 14820 page views so far(30th April 2008). I never pay for SEO service, Back links, Article Submission service or Black hat methods.

Every time I went through The Basic SEO tips, Social bookmarking submission to Digg, Stumble, Technorati. One of another great success to have page rank less than in a month is the Reciprocal link exchange with other webs. So it was really useful for this blog to gain this page rank within few days. I suggest to exchange do-follow links with other webmasters even from me.

Few days ago I wrote a post to make FaceBook application to promote a blog via any Facebook profile. Everyday FacePeer Application is added to many FacePeer profiles. This is good chance to display blog article through FaceBook social network. Many bloggers, FaceBook fans asked “How do you make this application ?” from me. I decide to show easiest method to visible your RSS feed in FaceBook Profiles. You can use any method. Those are,

• Make A note in FaceBook is a simple method than others. Mini Feed is the method that you can submit Blog RSS feed. Finally everybody see all blog posts in the FaceBook profile.

One of above method can be used to show your RSS feed in FaceBook Social network. That’s not enough!. You have to promote your Application for your friends. everyday you can invite for a limited number of friends. This will make a huge traffic to your blog. Because this method has some viral marketing techniques.

Facebook, one of largest social networking web site in these days. In these days this is a web site that in top 10 by traffic according to Alexa traffic rank. One of best thing in Facebook is using Applications to do many things. Some times widegets also considered as an application. The main advantage is you can make your own application in the profile of Facebook. I use an application to display my latest blog posts in any Facebook profile(Rukshan’s profile). Because this Facebook application is made by using RSS feed. So when i write a new posts here, Automatically display latest pots in every my friends profile.

Now you can imagine the popularity of this traffic generation method. Because this application is being populated among  Facebook fans. Now i tell the method that i used to make this Facebook application. You can use your blog site to make this Facebook application. You can make your own application by using Make blidge.

Technorati is a blog search engine that is popular web site among bloggers. It uses Tags system to identify blogs. Tag is the main thing that needs to categorize blogs in the search results. Technorati allows to make a profile for bloggers to add blogs. So blogger should do everything in proper manner. It will help to have a good Google page rank and a huge traffic. This is a very famous method to do off site search engine optimization. Let see how i could do many things for a wordpress blog to have successful results from technorati. First of all you should have a clear idea about Tag, Ping and Trackbacks. You can get a brief idea bout these three terms.

Tag: A keyword acts as a category

Ping: A computer network tool for testing whether a hot is reachable across an IP network

Trackback: A mechanism to communicate among bloggers.

I guess you have an account there. If you don’t have it yet, just SignUp account. On the profile there is “Blog” section. This is the place that you need to setup your blog. Then you need to claim the blog in technorati. Because they need identify whether it’s a your one and connect with technorati. By default they provide a script to place in your blog. You can do it very easily in wordpress by using Quick claim function. After all of setup steps done, you can start tagging with technorati. Basically you need to identify all correct tags in your blog post. For an example “Technorati, Blog” are tags related to this post. If you are not familiar with these things, check my posts. I have added few tags for my blog posts. Tagging can be done in many steps. Basically you can do it as following manual method.

First of all make a post and identify the tag. I use “blog” tag for this post.Then you can find the tag in Technorati tag page. You will have a link like this. For blog tag = http://www.technorati.com/tag/Blog . Then at the bottom of post you can add this code.

But in the wordpress you can do tagging without doing above procedure. Ultimate Tag Warrior is a good plugin for this case. I recommend this plugin, because i use it and get nice result. Finally you need to add your tags with commas by using tags command in every posts. That’s only the step that you need to place at the bottom of every posts.
